@Sultankhan-uw8ko3 жыл бұрын
Its not a persona, you are strong and admirable. Everyone is facing hardship in life... some more than others, but the fact you can get up every morning and face those hardships makes you strong and admirable, taking on life's challenges with a smile is one of the strongest things a human can do. The world is equally cruel to everyone, you're doing great if there is one piece of advice I can give you it is that make sure you have no regrets, do what you want to do and don't let anyone stop you. out of curiosity, i searched up what "Ylang Ylang" means and it is said to be a flower that is commonly used to promote relaxation and reduce stress and anxiety, but here's an interesting myth i also found about it: "Ylang ylang is sometimes translated as “flower of flowers”. According to Philippine myth, the lovely, flowering ylang ylang tree came about when Ilang, a beautiful girl, falls in love with a boy she is not supposed to marry." i liked to think that this song could have been named that way to symbolize a story about forbidden love. which could explain the lonely feeling and vibe to the tune we hear :'0 but it can also be the other way around, just to soothe and comfort the listener

Many adults say that the internet is bad for us teenagers, and that we shouldn't be on it so much. Part of that is true, to an extent, but just reading through the comments, I'm realizing that the internet is what brings us together as a whole. We're all living such diverse lives across the world, but we can connect with one another through the internet to discover that we're all feeling the same way, having the same basic problems, growing up at the same time, together. It's actually quite beautiful. I'm proud to be in this generation with you all, let's make it one that people will remember. Make your life something to be proud of, make new memories, make mistakes, have fun. After all, you only get one life, why waste it away? Now go out there, get some fresh air, start a new hobby, try something new. We've got this; you've got this.

This song makes me feel like im walking the city streets alone at night on a slightly cold and rainy night. The lights reflecting in the puddles, the faint sounds of cars honking in the distance and the drops of rain hitting my umbrella. The weather is gloomy but I feel comforted by the soft serenade of the city around me enveloping my being in its everlasting glory. (Edit: wow, thankyou for all the likes!❤️)

I finally was able to drop my extremely toxic guy bsf just today who has been emotionally and mentally abusive for years to me and this song perfectly explains how i feel. the beauty of getting rid of the toxicity while also the sadness of remembering all of the fun memories we made. it’s definitely for the best that we parted ways tho.

*This is inspired by The Loss of a Teardrop Diamond. There’s actually a scene almost just like this* 1956. A beautiful, rich and highly educated lady with a bad reputation goes to a debut party. Shes liked by few so she makes small talk, trying not to make a fool out of herself. She’s had quite a lot of alcohol to drink. With a glass in hand she asks the piano man to move over. With her past lovers, enemies and friends looking down at her, she begins to play this song. Passionately and with tears her fingers dance across the tiles think of a place far away. Home.

For me this song feels like spring. Watching out the window as the snow melts and leaves start to grow on what once was a skeleton of a tree. Dark days are over and the world is filling back up with light. But yet you still reminisce. Winter was peaceful and watching the snow fall through the window while sipping hot chocolate was one of your favorite feelings. To me this song feels like I'm in-between acceptance and grief. Like I know its over but it was so fun while it lasted.

Well, here’s a little story for yall I guess :) THE LIFE REVIEW: You and your guardian angel watch as younger you and your childhood best friend play in the snow on a cold night. You fall. Childhood bff: They helped you up. You twirl each other around and giggle as you guys go running off into the dark mist, laughing. A tear drop rolls down the present self’s face. Guardian Angel: “Well.. this was before you guys.. moved away from each other.” You: *More tears roll down your face* “I-I’m so sorry.. I.. got lost in my thoughts..” Guardian Angel: “Hey… it’s okay. It wasn’t your fault you were driven to have that death…” You: *you sniff* “So.. where do I go now..?” Guardian Angel: “Heaven, my dear. You deserve it..” You: “R-really..?” Guardian Angel: “Yes my dear.. now step into the light.” You go to the light and look back at your life playing one more time, and finally step through the light. The End.

"there was a tree in my grandparents house. It didn't bear any fruits, and it wasn't big enough to cut for wood. One day my grandfather brings me to the tree. He says he wants to show me something. I follow behind, curious as to what he could have to show me. We now stand under that tree, and he turns to me: 'see this?' he points to the branches. 'This is the ylang ylang tree'. He reaches up and grabs something long, and bean-looking. 'Here, smell it'. He brings it towards me as i reach out to sniff it. 'It's so fragrant isnt it?' I nod in agreement, not being able to pull away from the fragrance now enveloping my nostrils. Its a familiar scent, though I cant quite figure it out.I close my eyes as i keep smelling it, trying to pinpoint where i remembered it from. 'It smells just like her doesnt it?' I am interrupted by my grandfather's comment. Now that i think about it, it does. It smells just like her. He sits down next to the trunk, gesturing me to do the same. 'She absolutely loved this tree you know?' I look at him, he now has a sort of bittersweet look on his face. 'She would always carry one of these around with her, and everywhere she went would be enveloped in the sweet fragrance'. 'When she turned just about your age, she brought home a sapling-this tree you see now- and planted it herself' he chuckles as the memories of her come back and surround him like the fragrance surrounded the air. . . . . . . . and this is where i end it bc i honestly dont know how to finish it. idk if someone has taken the time to read this, im sorry its not good lol

POV: you're playing piano in an old music room of an abandoned school. As you quietly spread your fingers across the keyboard you start to press the notes and you hum out a little tune. As you press the notes it's seems like the whole atmosphere of the room changed. The birds and the grass dance along. You play the notes gracefully like no one has before it was beautiful. I seemed as if everything was changing just by playing this single tune. You suddenly felt lighter like you were floating. Any burden or responsibility of yours left your mind, you were captured within the music. You felt like there was nothing to worry about and kept playing. But to your surprise the song ends. You stop floating but your problems don't return.Standing up you remove your hands from the keys, You quietly walk away from the piano and out of the room. Never forgetting this day.

my pov for this song: it's 1956 and you are at your hotel room in italy, it's getting dark and you want to go out to see the beaultiful summer streets. you decide to visit a library nearby. it was so big, with more books than anyone could count. you sat in a wooden table and took some literature books to read. when you realise, a guy/girl sits in front of you, and the moment you took your eyes away from the book and looked deep into their eyes, it felt like you could fly. you guys make eye contact for a couple of seconds, but then he/she decides to go and sit in your side of the table, right next to you. he/ she asks you what you're reading. he/she compliments you for your good taste and shows you what he/she was reading. the person asks you if you're new in the city. you say so, and he/she invites you to go on a walk through the town. he/she promises it will be safe, so you decide to go. you sit in his/her bicicle and holds him/her tight. it was getting dark, so you felt really comfortable. you look up to the sky and see the moon. it was very bright and shining. you guys decide to stop at a bridge, in a lake. you talked more about you, your hometown, your dreams... and the person said that he/she was born in italy, and really wanted to know the country you came from. at a certain moment, you guys just sat in silence, staring at your reflections in the pond's water. you look up to him/she and decide to risk a kiss. the person held you and kissed you back, it was a warm and good feeling. you felt like you belonged somewhere. after you finished kissing, he/she looked inside your eyes, and for you it felt like he/she was staring deep into your soul. the person puts a smile in his/her face, and says "the moon is beaultiful today, isn't it?". it started raining so you ran to his/her bike and went back to the library, but it was already closed. you could hear a piano sound coming from an old music store nearby. he/she takes your hand and invites you to dance with him/her. you felt like you finally found your soulmate. dancing in the rain was really, really amazing. you look at a clock in the library's wall, and it was passed midnight. althought you wanted to stay more, you needed to go back, or soon your family would start to worry about you. you guys make eye contact again, and hugged like it was the last time seeing each other. and, unfortunately, it could be. you still had a couple days in the city, so you said "tomorrow, same time, same place". he/she smiles at you and says that would do the possible to make it. you kiss again, and says that no matter what, will never forget each other. you take your way home as the raindrops fell into your body, but it couldn't really get more wet than it already was. he/ she started walking, bringing his/her bycicle besides him/her. the floor was getting so wet, that it wasn't safe to ride it anymore. you guys go on opposite ways and, at the same time, looked back to one another. you felt tour heart crying, because you knew the possibility of never seeing that person again. but, at the same time, you felt happy: it was really the best day of your life. at home, you go to sleep thinking about that person, with a feeling of anxiety, uncertainty and fear. but, above all, you really felt like you were alive again.

This song reminds me of the pain of body shame. Growing up in a Christian school was more harder than ever. My family has always been skinny but I felt like a monster for that. People would call me names for enjoyment but as a kid I didn’t think much of it. When I was growing I soon realized I was getting bullied. When I would go home I would cry and ask myself “why am I so ugly?!” “I’m so skinny no ones gonna love me.” My parents would always have my back but i never told them what people would say about me. But I soon realized that it’s ok being skinny and to appreciate every second of it before it’s too late.

you are fine! the only fault someone can have is the intent to harm others. you are never the one at fault, bullies are. always remember that you have no faults unless become like them. stay positive and hopeful. just do your best to love yourself and others, and life will reward you.

Everyone talking about the song but why tf don't talk about the artist? Is FKJ! He's a truly underrated artist, the music he makes is pure gold, y'all really should go to listen to other works from him, he's just unique and we live in the same time as him, what a pleasure.
