It's a lot of fun, although when the game gives you warnings it tends to backfire a bit. It is a fun way to gauge how much you've learned though.

C'est vraiment cool de voir des gens apprendre le français, j'aime vraiment unity et c'est sympa de voir que la version française du jeu inspire des personnes à apprendre le français, qui est vraiment compliqué comme langue (même certain français ont du mal à parler correctement la langue lol) It's really cool to see some people learning French, I really like unity and it's nice to see that the french version of the game inspires people to learn French, which is a really complicated language (even some french people struggle to speak the language correctly lol) Et c'est amusant de regarder ce genre de vidéo, d'habitude c'est moi qui ai du mal à comprendre ce qu'ils disent en anglais, donc là comme je comprends ce qui est dit, ça inverse les rôles (un peu frustrant quand même de ne pas pouvoir aider ) And it's fun to watch that kind of video, usually i'm the one dtruggling to understand what they say in english, so here as i understand what is said, it reverse the roles (a little frustrating though, to not be able to help)

Jokes on you, I grew up speaking French! Kidding aside though, this is genuinely the best way to learn a new language. It’s how I did it with English a decade ago. Literally only watched content in that language and also practiced speaking it. Obviously my pronunciation was god awful at the beginning, but now people don’t even know I was born French and are actually shocked when I tell them. Also, I highly recommend playing through Far Cry 3 and Splinter Cell Conviction/Blacklist in French as those are genuinely good dubs, especially Far Cry 3 as I personally consider it to be better than the original version in some ways. From what I’m hearing, the AC Unity French dub sounds pretty lifeless lol

suggestion. english sub titles. regularly look back and revise the videos, to get the sound right to the words

I had considered that, but for the sake of the videos I thought it would be fun to have them in French as well, even the menu. I'll come back to this when I know more French and see how I do.

@@ghozt1y987I say keep it in French since English subtitles would prevent you from associating the speech to the written words. The more you learn through classes, the more words you’re gonna associate together while reading subtitles.
