I love listening to this at .25x speed every night before I go to bed, it helps me to stop thinking and start feeling those emotions I keep locked inside during the day. 1:01 is my favorite part, the serene calm before the storm; waiting on anticipation for the next loud scraping noise and those next .25x 12 seconds to 1:13 are amazing, then it loops again and it's a beautiful cycle on and on until I sleep soundly in my twin single bed.
