Hi Kate , I have watched all your videos , love the blue pouch from Roxy sisters …. I really do thank you as been crocheting & stitching some pouches to leave as heirlooms for both my daughters - inspired by you making Betty quilt for your mum. … Do you know if Rachel received a query from me with regards to a purchase of linens from her Etsy store ($125-). …. Good morning at least it is here in Toronto...I truly enjoy my morning coffee with you. My quiet time before the world around me wakes up. Time passes do quickly hard to believe it is the beginning of another year shortly but I always enjoy that flip if the calendar and what's ahead. I still say all the bits and pieces a around you and what you see before you put your needle and thread to it all is very intriguingI an like that with my style. You know how it is when someone can visually open the creative part of your brain a bit more. The important thing if course is technique. The important thing to just plain open your brain and realize the only person to make happy is yourself. If that makes any sense at all. I have mentioned before that I usually watch your clips twice. Concentrating on each piece differently. I know you are in tmyiur Happy Place and we all need a bit of that in our lives each day. Have a spectacular day. Take good care. 😘🇨🇦

@kateinthenest I am just fascinated. The only word I can think of. I have had a needle and thread in my hand since I was 5 years old...my Grandmother wanted to teach me the needle works even though my Mom knew it all as well. Have done it all..knitting..sewing, embroidery, crochet, quilting. All the slow stitching and ideas just plain fascinate me ... Just do your own thing after mastering the technique. Bravo. It is obvious you are in your element and happy place. Take good care 😘🇨🇦
