I think this place is adorable. There are gonna be places literally around the globe that you look at/move into that your gonna have to get your own washer/dryer etc. People have to quit being so picky. This is adorable. :)

It's a cute place! I decided not to include mobile homes and condos for my retirement due to no guarantee on lot rent/condo fee increases.

These are the types of homes I like the most. I absolutely appreciate that this is not a cookie cutter home. Its uniqueness is very appealing to me. I also appreciate the minimalist style of it. Being a single guy, this mobile home would be absolutely ideal! The lazy Susan feature and available storage in the kitchen would work very well for me. The kitchen cabinets I have now are full of items I rarely or never use, so I don't need a whole lot in the way of kitchen items. Same for a bedroom wardrobe. I'd replace the bed as I prefer a twin size anyway and get a nice dresser and a hanging rack to store my clothes. This home is perfect for anyone who has a little imagination and a sense of creative flair. Thanks for the great tour, Greg!

That trailer was originally a two-bedroom that center room that has the exit door was actually the first bedroom. I'm also wondering what happened to the closets the bedroom has absolutely no closets in it

It seems weird that they omitted a mirror in the bathroom and with all that tile there’s no way to install one. It’s adorable but there’s no pantry for dry goods and barely enough room for kitchen utensils or dishes.

That electrical box in the bedroom 😂 They should have moved it to where the hot water tank is. Otherwise very nicely done.
