You said my thoughts...not a fan of the grey fad either,,,but this was a delightfully decorated home and all the trim is a nice white..so you could repaint the grey far easier than trim...and since not furnished, far easier to do. You could keep the painted grey accent and cabinets and counters etc. Nice fixtures as well.

The kitchen is small and no dishwasher. The lot rent is high. It would be better to buy in a community where you own the lot.
