The fact that there is no question that Dashawn had the 2 best tricks (big flip front board and nollie inward heel front board) he should've won in my opinion. But if the scoring is what it is, as a Nyjah fan that's cool. What I really find annoying is the women's scoring. Imagine watching figure skating or literally any other event and women would get scores of 4.xx and be considered elite. Get a grip, find a way to give them 9 Club access and make it exciting.

The thing is, the competition level for the women's segment is rapidly improving, we had an 8,5 score last sls and an 8 yesterday, so it's kinda tricky trying to buff the scores since the room for improvement is there and very feasible. I can definitely see the 9 club happening organically in the next two years... Especially since we have girls like rayssa and momiji, they're just 13! Imagine what they'll be able to do in a couple of years...

@@thorodinson9782 As much as I hate to agree, I do. Women's skating is finally seeing a massive increase in popularity and with it, the amount of competition and skill has increased. Not at the speed of men's skating, but it's getting there. No need to put them on a pedestal, score them as you would a guy and let the competition get to that level. We're already seeing records being broken year after year, it'll get there.

Which could have been the points he deserved, but still Nyjah was extremely consistent and technical so he also deserved it. I dont know.
