it is supposed to look like this. and it does not matter if a video is in 30fps or 60 fps, it is the filming process that matters, if you film something in slow motion at 200fps and slow it down 10 fold, then it will look the same on youtube in 30fps as it does in 60 fps.

Otherworldly. Every sci fi novel I've read keeps coming back to mind. The one I'm reading now Involves a gun called the lazy gun, whereby you look through the scope, point it at something and pull the trigger. According to what you point at, the gun chooses the level of destruction! Say....at an ant...a lightning bold suddenly zaps it! At an invading army? A sudden tiday wave! At a mountain...A meteorite! It's falls under what is called "data moshing." Basically, it's deliberately controlling those compression artifacts that you sometimes get when a video freak out. That famous Chairlift video for "Evident Utensil" is probably the first big video use the technique (the Kanye video for "Welcome to Heartbreak" came out at a similar time and had a way bigger budget.)
