Slugger is my favorite style now (UBG ep5)

Glad to see you're back to ubg! More tips this time! First off, Slugger's whole schtick is that it's got great damage but it's dashes and block is not the best, so dash when you need to, and try to charge your m2s more often than not charged, since it's easier for players to dodge uncharged than to dodge charged, and make sure to have enough block to block ults when your opponent has their ult. Second, you can charge your m2s during a PD (Perfect Dodge), it's a small thing that makes a big difference with Slugger. Third, you should always dodge to the right when dodging Hitman m1s, I saw you were great at dodging Hitman's m1s so to get more PDs (thus damage), go for right side dodges for lights and left side for heavies. You're improving each time I see you play, which is awesome! But maybe go for a high risk high reward style once you get a style slot, like maybe Smash, Hands Low or Kimura, those are great to train with, peace!

last update buffed feints overall, so slugger feints quite powered up, now backdashing is less safer. great video btw ill be waiting for another livestream so we can ahve more matches

Slugger player here 17 elo (got the Almighty title) some tips for slugger in my opinion is Use it like a counter puncher Sluggers m1 have long range so it will sometimes throw people off and its m1 speed it's almost the same as basics which is kinda op and the M2 ohhh boy the amount of bs you can do with it. You have so so many option feint it, charge it, charge it a lil bit then feint, and then the un charged m2 you have so many options to throw people off its insane tho i mostly fully charge the m2 If you want to hit an opponent with it try getting them on the ropes then wait 1 milisecond then charge it 9/10 they will dodge before the m2 comes out resulting in them getting Blasted oh and the m1 feint into m2 Try doing when your Counter punching (it works). Anyways that what i know from my experience hope you have a Bear Slaying time with Slugger.
