No. I had way to many new players not know how to setup her ulti like putting thier alarm bot next to their swarm nades or putting the swarm nade in obv plant spot to fight for post plant. Thus a way higher skill celing. And the ult is great excrpt they dont know when or how to use it without em getting rushed and popped. and im just gonna rule out controllers as well as mnay tend to not know how to use smoke properly. Unfortunly iniators, and duelist are usally the easest to learn. Sova, pheonix, breach, sage, cypher and raze to me arw the easiest for as long as they dont play too brain dead they twnd to always bring value no matter the skill level. This has been my experince as someone who played from iron and climbed up to gold

this isn't about mastering an agent. I think you're overlooking what it means to be a beginner. Taking into consideration how hard it is to use utility to some level of effectiveness, Cypher is definitely beginner-friendly. Mastering all the different spots, retakes, decision making etc is a whole different story though. Got to remember the beginner/low rank games play a lot differently.

I hate insta lock cyphers who can't use their utilities, I am a cypher main and it just hurts my eyes whenever I see someone insta lock cyphers and not even using his utility, they just randomly place trips and cages and use ult at the worst of times

Devils advocate, cypher isn’t that hard to learn. Insanely hard to master, yes. But you can just keep learning setups 1 at a time from videos and you will slowly get better with your game sense :). I think if you really like his play style you can play him as a beginner just fine

I think what OP meant is easiest agent kits to learn. Cypher’s kit is easy to memorise. The mechanics of his trips, cage and camera is easy to learn. What’s difficult is learning how to master them and utilise to their full potential

My advise is just play the agent that suits you. You see I’m currently at diamond 2. My aim and movement is above average compared to my rank however my awareness is mid and my utility usage is ass and I’m not a team player. That being said I only pick 3 agents and that is 1. reyna 2. jett 3. ( random agent that my teammate wanted me to pick but I don’t know how to use and just make sure I don’t bot frag so my teammates wont blame me)

Never recommended a newbie to use a smoker or veil, it will only create a trap to suicide your own team And never recommended a newbie use cypher without good map spot knowledge, it will only make the player look map blind, i prefer sova over cypher for newbies because there aren't too many tips for using the skill
