Relax, guys. I watched the panel, live - they told him afterwards that they actually had a backup, and not to worry. Sly was cool with it. This was actually just about after the hallowe'en special - this is what sly was talking about, when, recently in the series, he's said that he's been trying to be nicer. Because he doesn't want to be 'the enemy' anymore...not since they blew up his tree!

guys... why don't you just install the essentials plugin? You can use the currency/ economy aspect within the plugin as the currency. I mean what can you do with gold nuggets anyways? u can make gold ingots which make shity tools and armor...

That's exactly why gold nuggets are a great form of currency; they don't have an inherent use. Just like paper money is practically useless for anything other than exchanging. (And maybe origami?)

well yeah, but it would be easier than trying to find a ton of gold for golden nuggets and people (like Jordan) wouldn't be cheating to get them. Plus, they could set up like an actual shop in sly's shack with an item frame shops plugin and have it so they can sell only their valuable and rare items (diamonds, gold, emeralds, etc.) that way they'd be getting money to exchange but it wouldn't be sooo op to where they have a shop where you can sell any item in the game and get money because then everyone would have so much money it'd be pointless.

exactly, that is what I'm getting at. But adding the pugin will make things so much simpler. They would have to continuously search for gold to get golden nuggets (though they would to sell it and get money from the Item frame shops) and it would also make it easier to pay in exact ammount and they wouldn't have to count out how many golden nuggets to use. It would make things less complicated. Plus it would end people like Kootra cheating and everyone else not knowing because it comes with the ability to check other people's balances. that is why i'm tryin to reach out to me and have me do it. and honestly it wont take that long. they would just need the plugin permissions ex and then for the perms they'd just need a few so that they can only pay money to another person and not give themselves money, and for the Item Frame shops they'd just have to add one perm tht allows them to sell items. Honestly it would only require 4-5 perms if even tht. And I could do it in no more than an hour (that is if you take download and online search times into account. if not then it'd prob only take 30 mins)

Obviously you've never seen Ex-com where they had to restart multiple times because they didn't have a backup...though that was with Seamus, Sly, and James and not everyone else. I still highly doubt that they'd make a backup. However while typing that, someone apparently said that they admitted to having a back up.
