It is a drama :) It's called Mimi, so go ahead and watch it, but it sucks in my opinion. The good dramas that I recommend are Boys Over Flowers, Reply 1997, That Winter The Wind Blows, Nice Guy/Innocent Man, Goong, Love Rain(I haven't watched this one, but I heard it's pretty good), To The Beautiful You(It was okay, but just to tell you, EXO makes a really small appearance in there ;) ), and so much more that I don't really remember. But I high recommend Boys Over Flowers, Nice Guy/Innocent, That Winter The Wind Blows^^
