Congratulations on your collab. with Cookshack and also for gifting your SM009 (I believe?) to your stunning Daughter! I think I must be one of the very few that has a Cookshack here in the UK (outside of the restaurants) and out of all my cookers it's the SM025 that get's the most use. They...Just...Work!!! I have easily got 2 x 6kg Gammons in mine and they cooked beautifully. Looking forward to seeing what You cook up on your SM066.
