Uh Yoshi has commited Tax Fraud and now he's on the run from the police and no matter what he just can't seems to escape from them.

For those about to complain that's techincally not Tax Fraud, By defination Tax Fraud just means faking your taxes, plus some stores totally do this they might tell you pay for thing and they after you that they say plus Tax (Luckily some stores just put that into the total of the product). Plus it would be a pretty boring set up if Yoshi was just at a bank or something.

Since Yoshi went back in time and reversed his crimes, the only crimes he may have committed are as follows: Disturbing the peace/disorderly conduct(He makes many loud noises, and also knocks down shelves) Destruction of property(Again, he knocked over shelves on purpose.
