I'm aware actually of all of that (where did I say the meme was new exactly?), if YOU were more meme fluent you would know that around the time of this video/game's creation the meme was experiencing a rather high spike in activity and popularity. Judging by trends in previous memes, I predicted that this meme would soon enter its "Red Giant" phase where it would expand rapidly until an extravagant death. While I was fortunately wrong about this, the popularity spike inspired the game, so at the time, it seemed possible that the meme would soon die. I believe, sir, that it is in fact you, who must "git gud with ur meme knowledge next time". Thanks for watching though!

You might not be using the correct texture sampler state on Yoshi's eyes. If the eye texture uses clamp, you'll stretch out the last edge of the texture for the rest of the area in that direction. Potentially add some extra whitespace around the eyeball texture and see if that removes the black lines (as it would copy the white instead of the tips of the eyeball).

Love the idea of this game. Still have a few suggestions though: I think it should take place in an apartment in a large city rather than a tree in the middle of an open field because obviously, Yoshi is a middle class blue collar worker and couldn’t afford all of that land. Next, the cops wouldn’t just appear at his door as soon as he committed a crime, so maybe there should be a period of time where you prepare for the inevitable police chase or whatever by gathering weapons, making barricades, or hiding evidence. Finally, I think the objective should be a bit more complex. Like maybe Yoshi has to find an affordable lawyer for his court case or he has to escape the country and purchase an illegal passport or something with the cops still hot on his tail. I know this was made in only a few days, but I want this to be a KZbin phenomenon, so I’m offering ideas to improve this game in the hopes of that becoming a reality

Its really cool to see this meme turn into a, very buggy but still cool, game. And if you plan to update more the game I could see after yoshi has killed a certain number of yoshi cops (that could be all in different colour like in the original yoshi games) it shows a cutscene of him runing away. After the cutscene ends yoshi starts in a new level. Yoshi would goe through many different levels like a city, a forest, a mountain, a volcano, etc... But what I would really like to see is the final level beeing in bowsers castle and you take baby bowser hostage and he then demmands a plane and the game ends with him flying away from yoshi's island and escapping tax fraud.

What software you use to make this game? Did you animate them? Did you code all that? And how easy it is to do it?

1. I used unreal engine for the game and blender for the models (besides Yoshi) 2. No, I actually got the animations from Mixamo, cause I honestly sort of suck at animation lol. 3. Yep! 4. I've been messing around in Unreal for a couple years now, so with that experience it was super easy, as I said it only took three days. If you are looking to get into programming I think unreal is a great place to start. It's free and it has a visual coding system which is a good way to introduce you to a lot of the basic concepts of programming, and it's also really fun!
