This is a great layout & design, especially love that all-around porch & outdoor utility closet. Also great are the solar panels on the roof so the home can be off grid. Maybe also a partial green roof would be good there too. And imagine having that amount of land as well as beautiful mountain view to live with! That's dreaming...

Ten domek má všechno, co je potřeba. Vstupní chodba, kde si můžete i odložit kabát, zázemí pro pračku a sušičku. Zkrátka všechno. Dokonalé útočiště.🤩

Utility closet is the win! this is the first house design I see (after around 100s) with dedicated closet for utility. The kitchen and the bedroom design is SUPER NICE! Definitely a win! If I could have the living space, fireplace and TV design from this house kzbin.info/www/bejne/r6C2aYavbNiCnKc to here, it would be super perfect!! Expansion to add 2 more bedroom upstairs is a possibility. Great job on the design!!
