Kailangan mi legal counsel nakahanda lagi in case na mahirap mag vacate out of the property ang isang di magandang tenant At saka, kailangan mi advance payment and deposit, ang iba, 2 months advance, 1 month deposit. Para sa akin, 2 months deposit, 1 month advance, baligtad. Kasi pag ang tenant ay mag iiwan ng bills, at least mi makukuha tayong landlords na pambayad dun. Salamat, just sharing my previous experience ng isang napakahirap na tenant
