@@David-ec8ti yeahh I would recommend you that book I mean some people don’t really like listening or reading a long book because they think they can gain the same experience/learn the same lessons by watching a motivational video but tbh books aren’t about learning unless you really don’t know certain things but in my opinion books are more for speaking to your soul yk what I mean. Picture watching the news and seeing a report about 30sec to a minute long about a little girl who died in a car accident and now picture reading an article abt the same incident personally I’d be like “damn hopefully the family is feeling okay” if it was from the news but with the article I’d prolly feel a lil sad and check up on ppl I haven’t already yk stuff like that😭point is that one thing is obviously stronger than the other but it’s up to you on what’s stronger.…you should listen because with listening you can just lay back and constantly hear about life and relate to things and see why ppl act or feel the way they do and it’s jus sort of calming but can also make you feel a type of way….either way I’d recommend listening to it and if you don’t like books then at least force an hour
