Reese got robbed when Duck added the extra weight to him. Reese got the small block competitive and along came extra weight. I do not even remember Reese taking home one of the big money purses, though he came close several times. Now RVW car count is way down at all the recent races and sure could use some competitive small block cars.

This things Sm Blk? I realize its got PSI-C but this thing runs 3.60s like bracket car! All In Blower, thing probably maks 75lbs booste otherwise thers No Way! David Reese is going 3.50s w/a Sm Blk, I cant believe-it but there it is, Amazing🎸

Any engine with a 4.500 bore spacing or less. Engine displacement has nothing to do with a given platform being a small or big block! The only thing that does is Bore Spacing meaning the distance between the center of a cylinder to the center of the next cylinder in the block. Bore size has nothing to do with it except the fact that at some point with a 4.500” bore space anything over a 4.375” bore there will be very little material between the cylinders

🤓technically a “small block” has a bore spacing of 4.500” or smaller🤣 that’s the only measurement that determines a small block from a big block. This engine is a 4.600” so........... it’s a big block small block 🤣🤣🤣🤣
