No hate or anything I was actually there on Sunday and Joe was mainly taking orders and they don't take cash so I mean to me hand sanitizer is not really necessary but yes they was all washing hands and some people is allergic to hand sanitizer I did work at hospitality before and we wash our hands all the time

Can you explain more about why you opened a cafe? I understand the business with your handmade clothes and boutique but why a cafe? I see a lot of stress and busyness in running a cafe which seems odd to me why you would willingly put yourself in that position. Edit: not saying your clothing store and brand isn't also stressful and busy, just curious about the cafe road of pursuit.

because they pay their employees a fair wage and don’t put the financial burden and guilt to tip on consumers. majority of the world operates without tip and it’s awesome joe has implemented this for his business.

Joe actually explained this topic on some of his videos but From my understanding is that the price is included tips I’m probably wrong but on the other hand all the works they put in and all the behind the scenes work that nobody understands unless you was a barista then is will all makes sense to you (I’m just saying with my own experience)

It would be great if you avoid working with your partner as it might encroach on your personal space at and outside of work. Perhaps considering an alternative strategy would be beneficial :) Of course, this is just my perspective, but it seems like you both are handling it well :)
