ADA needs to be pushed to prove intent.

The lack of genuine intent is an ongoing theme with ADA website lawsuits. A lack of intent can be addressed in a motion to dismiss for lack of standing. The problem for defendants is the expense and risk involved with continuing. Thanks for commenting, Christina.
