Have you thought about posting a "now hiring seamstress" in your local groups? With most business when looking for helpers they do interviews and ask for references, etc. I know it seems like a lot of work to do but as your company grows larger and larger it may be come a necessity.

You could probably post on FB about looking for a part-time seamstress and find a local grandma who's a pro because she's been sewing for decades and would be down to sew stuff part time.

You can get tape guns through Uline that have soft handles on them, you might like those more than the retail one you have. They are made for warehouse work so commercial quality, might also save your hands. They can handle larger tape rolls too so you're not having to switch rolls as often. I don't think you have to be a large company to use them, we're a small company and we use them. Highly recommend checking them out though, their boxes and stuff are sold wholesale so it might save you some $$ in the long run. They also do thermal printers, anything you'd need to pack and ship or handle office stuff.

if course as your buisness grows, it would be hard with so many orders, but you should maybe consider doing a "free gift friday" where if you order on the fist friday of the month or something like that, you get a free timothy twist or something small like that. this is a great video, as always-you inspire me to keep working at my own small buisness (even though i dont get much luck lmao). i hope my buisness can grow to be as big as yours at some point, you inspire me and so many other pepole so much!

Another plus for using me is that I don't have to pay taxes on money I earn. You could order the supplies I would need and have them shipped directly to me. You would have to give me directions on exactly how you make your items because consistency is as important as craftsmanship. I have a couple of items made I could send to you to check out quality (not design). I will be watching for an answer from you posted here.
