During recessions, assets often undervalue. By investing wisely in stocks, real estate, or businesses during this downturn, you position yourself for significant returns during the economic recovery.
@KelvinWallaceАй бұрын
An obvious way to invest for a recession is to buy shares in businesses that are likely to experience steady demand even in a downturn. Typically, those are consumers staple, utilities and healthcare companies. But of course, such decisions can’t be made by an average joe, a financial advisor is highly recommended in making this decisions..
@Markjohnson09Ай бұрын
Since the outbreak of 2020, which had a significant impact on the market, I've been running all of my investment decisions through an investment coach because their entire philosophy is centered around using a high-profit oriented blueprint while simultaneously going long and short, as well as reducing risk exposure as a hedge against inevitable downtrends. Underperforming is almost impossible when combined with their access to strange data and analysis.

would greatly appreciate if you could share some information about your financial advisor. I'm also interested in making positive changes to my finances this year, so any insights would be highly valuable to me.

Finding financial advisors like Marisa Michelle Litwinsky who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.

Our youngsters have pretty much given up & are DOOM spending. Hey, if our government doesn't care about solvency, then why should these kiddos with $200,000 in student loans care about 29% interest on credit cards that they have either have NO INTENTION or NO ABILITY of paying back?

Love these short but honest assessments! Thank you! Moved to add... I've been listening to her for about 4 years now and this far...extremely accurate (maybe in particular the few that have been removed...or that I'm.unable to relocate anyhow). And...nice that Mr. Payne asks intelligent questions :):)

The current market/economy is unnecessarily tougher for boomers/senior citizens, I’m used to just buying and holding assets which doesn’t seem applicable to the current rollercoaster market plus inflation is catching up with my portfolio. I’m really worried about survival after retirement.

Yes, gold is a great investment and a good bet against the devaluating dollar, been holding some for awhile now, I’m grateful my adviser’s moment by moment changes in the market are lightening quick, cos who know how much losses I would’ve had by now.

What does Big Brother want...millions of people working for a few large corporations or millions of autonomous small businesses. By design small business will continue to decline.

What the BK numbers don't include are the businesses who just say enough and shut down before it's all gone. The vast majority of the business dispersal auctions that I see are "retirements." They remember the last down turn (as do I) and are getting out while they still have something left.

I’m 58 hoping to end the rat race by 60 with above $1M. I know money is a liability to be exchanged for assets with real value like real estate (properties for rent) stocks (dividends) bonds (interest) But, what is it with bitcoin? I hear a lot about it and I'd love to diversify.

I was a stay at Home mom with no money in my IRA or any savings of my own, which was scary at 53 years of age. Three years ago I got a part time job and save everything I make. After 3 years, I am 56 yo and have put $9,000 in an IRA and $40,000 in my portfolio with CFA, Dorian j Townsend. Since the goal of getting a job was to invest for retirement and NOT up my lifestyle, I was able to scale this quickly to $150,000. If I can do this in a year, anyone can.

What a team! You two need your own channel. Our monetary and political policies and global/domestic standing are on a slippery slope headed for an adjustment no one wants to be part of… except the politicians and 1%. The fleecing of America is being done right here in America by those in positions (elected or private) to take advantage of trusting, hard working Americans. Ross could hear that flushing sound when he was running for president but it was more vast than he mentioned.

What will be the impact on banks and bond holders when the whole town was washed out? Who would keep paying for insurance on a house that was washed away when we know most of the homes did not have flood insurance? With no insurance there is no mortgage. I would say a foreclosure but there is no house and in many cases the foundation and the dirt under the foundation is gone. How can bonds be paid when the underlying assets are gone? Water treatment plants, sewer plants, schools, busses ect. And the tax base is gone. Would it be reasonable for the federal reserve to take these liabilities, or move them to a bad bank? To me it looks like personal bankruptcies are about to spike. Thought anyone

Hardcore stagflation is accelerating. Small business confidence is down by 68% as their cash flow gets crushed by high financing costs with SBA loan rates at 10% avg now. In stagflation business and households get their cash flow CHEWED out by rates and inflation. Rug pull coming for many.

She’s an idiot - she says small businesses are punished unfairly with higher borrowing rates - then immediately follows with the fact that small businesses do, and historically have been, failing at higher rates. Duh…dont you think borrowing rates are tied to risk? Keep this in mind -it’s just one example of the nonsense that comes out of this woman’s mouth.
