Hope everything is going well Nico! Great to see one of ur vids in my notifications 😁 I think ur right about the consistency thing too, it's like flour in a cake. A huge part of the recipe, but there are many other ingredients that make it all work

Hey Niko, this video was super helpful! Your explanation always feels genuine, and it’s clear you enjoy doing this kind of thing. I’ve got a couple of requests if you have the time. First, could you dive into a topic about how to get suggested by KZbin? I think that would be really valuable. Also, another topic I’d love to see you cover is how to turn the grades you get in Morningfame (like if you have an F but the overall score is B or C) into something that can start ranking higher. Is there a way we can tweak the title or other elements to improve that? Thanks again for all the great content you put out!

That’s great to hear pal! :) - About getting suggested: It’s all about choosing the right video topic. Plus what I said in this video. These two are really the cornerstones to get suggested. To choose the right video topics, I actually just released a feature that makes it super easy for you - as it does for me in fact: kzbin.info/www/bejne/j4HVpWiAd8Zgb5o - And about getting better grades: Here are several techniques that make it much easier for you to find the right search terms with good grades. This also means that the solution is to find different search terms. Here you go: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mXXIdaacncx8hZI

That’s awesome to hear Jess! Oh yea, I really like the cognitive dissonance angle as well. I learned about it recently as well and it is so much more straight forward than all the previous techniques I came up with in the past years. :) Although we have to be careful to not be too clickbaity with it, I can say it worked wonders for this video. Give it a try! See ya, Nico

Long story short, Algorithm = Audience. I'm just getting to gribs with this now 😅 Uploading consistency might but blow up your channel, but if you keep uploading. You can study, KZbin studio analytics and learn from your own mistakes and get better and better 😅

Exactly right! I have to say that it is quite difficult to truly understand audiences but I am getting there as well. You have a good approach: upload and learn. 😃👌

Great video, love the gpt prompt🤝
@Morningfame5 ай бұрын
Thanks man! Indeed, I also like that the prompt can give us concrete examples of where cognitive dissonance was created in the other videos about the same topic. This way it‘s not an abstract idea anymore or just some general brainstorming if we asked ChatGPT without giving it a video transcript. I am considering to build that into my tool. :)

I upload 8 shorts per day and its views goes well. Suddenly my new vjdeo views stopped in 50 100 views and old videos still views going on. What can i do now?
@MorningfameАй бұрын
I just had a look at your view counts and I don’t think you describe your situation correctly. I can see that most of your videos only have 50-100 views - no matter if you published them recently or further back in the past. Between those videos you have very successful ones every now and then. I assume you can’t figure out yet why they were successful, right? In any case, recently you were not able to hit the nail on its head and therefore didn’t have another very successful Short yet. All in all, what you observe on your channel is very normal. Don’t think that there is anything wrong please. Keep doing what you do. That said, the reason why some of your videos succeed, is because of their video topic or how exciting their first seconds are. Dive deep into that. Experiment. Please know that you have it in your hands. Try to figure it out! Cheers, Nico

@Morningfame thankyou man . Can we change youtube category?
@MorningfameАй бұрын
@@VenkeyReacts My pleasure! Do you mean changing the niche your channel is in? Like you first did gaming and then switched to funny cats? Certainly! Experiment as much as you can. But make sure that you always publish at least a dozen Shorts in one niche. If you only do e.g. 2 videos in a niche, it is not enough to tell if the niche is good for you or not.

Cognitive dissonance for the win. Gotta figure out how to get that in for a few of my videos 🎉
@Morningfame5 ай бұрын
Awesome, give it a try! With the ChatGPT-based analysis it‘s really easy to get ideas. And you could also just ask it what could create cognitive dissonance in the context of . Of course, it is easier to do this before you film a video but if you want to do it for old videos - sounds a bit like you want to - then I bet you can find ideas for some of several that you check. In those cases you can just use your own video‘s transcript in the ChatGPT prompt. Let me know when you published some videos. I am curious about what you will come up with!

The algorithm must hate us musicians lol there is no easy way to include dissonance on a music cover 😂
@Morningfame5 ай бұрын
LOL, I actually also thought that instrumental songs have no text to be analyzed. So at least the ChatGPT part is not possible. I was about to dismiss the possibility to make this work for you but then I asked ChatGPT “Is it possible to create cognitive dissonance with an instrumental song?” ... The answer is yes! Contrasting Musical Elements, Unexpected Changes, Polyrhythms and Polytonality, Ambiguous Tonality, Dynamic and Textural Contrasts, and Cultural or Stylistic Juxtaposition. Imagine “432Hz that keep you awake” considering that 432Hz is usually associated with sleep / meditation music. Block flute techno, Guitar only minimal house, polka in 5 5th, relaxing bagpipe, ... ;)
