Hmm, I tried the tool on one channel, and ChatGPT says that prompt is too long. No wonder, as it's a list of 486 items. Can this be adjusted somehow?
@Morningfame14 сағат бұрын
Do you still have the original prompt? If yes, it would be awesome if you could send it to me via email. It actually should never be too long because I am counting tokens when preparing it. This way it always stays below 16k tokens. Or which version of ChatGPT are you using. Maybe it happens to be one with a smaller than 16k token window.

Hi Nico, your insights about understanding why viewers subscribe made me reflect on something I’ve noticed in my niche. There are channels that gain millions of views with content like basic music compilations or even questionable messaging. Meanwhile, I’ve put a lot of effort into creating high-quality megamixes, even as a non-professional DJ. While I’m proud of my videos reaching thousands of views, I wonder: what’s the key difference that motivates viewers to engage with such massive numbers? Is it purely about the content, or does the emotional connection or perceived simplicity play a bigger role? Thanks for inspiring creators like me to keep learning and improving! 🙏
@Morningfame3 күн бұрын
That is brilliant thinking buddy! Indeed, you obviously already do a great job at reaching people and maybe this opens up more room to grow for you. Especially for music on KZbin, we have a different kind of attention from viewers. Music videos are rather played in the background I guess. Maybe at a house party in your case. Or I play lofi hiphop in the background when doing my chores. We could really dive into the specific context in which your mixes are consumed. :) And then I can think of the mix selection process being important, too. Maybe people listen to the first seconds of a few mixes before deciding which one to leave playing… Anyways, there are my additional thoughts. I like that you mention e.g. „perceived simplicity“ which is probably about which songs you choose, right? I am certainly not deep enough into understanding your niche to comment on that but it really sounds like important aspects to study. 😃👌
@90sdance2 күн бұрын
@@Morningfame Hi Nico, thanks for the insight! I’ll keep my usual megamix style but also experiment with simpler mixes, as you suggested. It’s a great idea-I appreciate your feedback!

Interesting tool. Thanks for the efforts in creating it. However, I think the tool is more beneficial to large/established channels because new/small channels do not have enough comments that are needed for the analysis. Though the tool helps to highlight channels that it considers as "similar" or in the same niche. But these suggested channels will likely not have the required amount of comments to run the analysis too! Anyways, like I mentioned above, its an interesting tool/concept. Thanks for the efforts you put in creating this free tool. Keep up the good work. You're awesome!
@Morningfame3 күн бұрын
Interesting thought pal! Indeed, this analysis does not work for very small channels due to the lack of comments. However, you can do it for large channels in your niche. If you use the Niche Spy to find similar channels or just enter other channels in the free tool then think of the „similar“ channels of those that attract the same audience that your small channel begins to attract. There are always larger channels that attract the same audience. They may not do the exact same content as you but as long as the same people with a particular interest watch these channels, it is relevant to you. You can learn what those viewers value so that you can adjust your own content. Overall it is all about defining your niche and then analyze the channels in it. Channels in a niche do not necessarily produce the same content but instead they are similar in regard to which people watch them. I hope that makes sense!

This is interesting. There are some non-programmer types on YT saying you should not promote a video outside of KZbin for the first week after it's release, just so the algorithm can properly find an audience. Thanks, as always for the new tool. I always look forward to trying them out.
@Morningfame7 күн бұрын
Interesting! Do you happen to remember where you heard that exactly? Or what they said about why the algorithm works this way? As far as I know, there should be no reason why promoting our videos right after it being published should hurt. The traffic data, e.g. CTR, is measured independently for each algorithm and therefore external traffic should not throw the algorithms off. There is a certain influence because the recommendations system may get informed from Search in particular, so probably also external traffic, but I am sure that KZbin has done something against the algos being confused by external traffic if that were possible. Otherwise they would have a big issue with it platform-wide which they couldn’t ignore. At least I think.

Hi Nico ,Is it possible to change the video title and description for old videos without affecting the channel?
@Morningfame17 күн бұрын
Yes, it is. Great question pal. If you change a video then it won‘t affect the overall channel because KZbin‘s algorithms only look at individual videos. There is a myth that KZbin has some kind of channel score but that is not the case. There was another myth that changing the title and description of a video somehow „resets“ the video. This myth was debunked by KZbin as well. Feel free to change it if you have a better title & description. Once you change it, give your video time. You probably update an old video that doesn‘t get many views anymore. So it will take time for the new title & description to show their effect. I hope this helps!

Sir the biggest problem new creaters facing in growing there channel is that youtube not placing the video to the right audience. On my son ritesh's channel THE FEARLESS TRAVELLER in last 90 days the avd in browse feature is just 2.2 minutes while in suggested it is 5.5 minutes. The ctr in browse feature is 6.0 but in suggested section it is just 1.6. If youtube place video to the right audience then ctr and audience retention will be increased. Which trigger the algorithm to increase its reach. All videos are well optimized for relative search terms and videos rank well. So we can't say that there is some mistakes in keyword research and optimization. Request you to go deeper in this matter and do through research find solution and make special In depth video about this problem with solution.

When we uploaded 8 th video the channel got momentum and we thought that in 20 videos we will able to monetize the channel. But on ninth video some mistake happened in title and the direction of the channel shifted. After that due to preparation of exam he stop making the video for some time. The channel didn't got the momentum that initially got. We are try to find some solution.
@Morningfame17 күн бұрын
Your son‘s channel is a vlog, right? These channels tend to depend on active subscribers who keep coming back to watch every new video. You can look at the channels new vs. returning viewers chart in KZbin Studio to confirm that returning viewers bring the most views. If that is the case then uploading regularly is important. I bet your son will do this after his exams are over.

@@Morningfame Yes, my monthly view record was 40K until the last 3 months it's exponentially increased, with last month just shy of 300K! Subs have gone from 2500 to almost 6000 in the same time. I've been using Morningfame, VidIQ and ChatGPT! One thing that's really helped is that in Sept I create a Trivia Thursday in Community and scheduled for the rest of the year. I use to get 5-10 votes when I'd randomly do them. Now, I get 100's of votes within hours. I'm now starting to add video links with the quiz to get people from the quiz or poll to the video. 😎🍿
@MorningfameАй бұрын
That is awesome! You know what? I built a tool to generate quiz posts: morningfa.me/free-ai-prompts/quiz-viewers-with-youtube-post My tutorial for it is scheduled for the beginning of February but here is my basic idea: You enter the link to your latest video and it generates quizzes for you that refer to that latest video. So if you post the quiz 1 day after you published the video, people can relate to the question since they recently watched the video. Is this how you do it, too? Or do you design your quizzes differently? Interesting! I see that you benefitted from the MSFS 2024 launch. Kudos for making it work! Genius that you did several live streams. 😃👌
@SizzlingPopcornАй бұрын
@@Morningfame Yes, benefited tremendously on MSFS 2024. That plus increasing content production, so a double wammy! I haven't gone back to MSFS 2020 and don't plan on doing so, even if devs are creating their new aircraft for MSFS 2020 with 2024 compatibility later. I just want strictly 2024 content. I had been trying out a bit of DCS content, which does quite well, but I just have too many ideas with MSFS 2024 that I don't really need DCS content. For the quizzes, I told ChatGPT to create me a quiz on MSFS, DCS and real world aviation for 3 months, once a week. There has been a couple of questionnable quizzes, but I'll watch out for when I make my next batch soon. For example, today's quiz has the Concorde as the fastest airliner with the Tu-144 as an option, which should actually be the answer, however, when you Google if the Tu-144 is faster than the Concorde, it'll say yes. Search the opposite and it'll say yes. I tried these prompts and got some hilarious "quizzes": Do you really believe the discount code is just for you and not for your neighbor? A) Of course, it’s for me! B) No, my neighbor’s already using it. C) I don’t trust discount codes anymore. D) Toby discounts are like rare Pokémon-everyone gets one. Correct Answer: B) No, my neighbor’s already using it. Explanation: The joke here is about the illusion of exclusivity. Discount codes are rarely unique, and most simmers know they’re widely shared. I would look at this and the other quizzes as polls because I didn't get anything trivia-like.
@Morningfame7 күн бұрын
Great ideas to simply generate a dozen polls for the next 3 months! MSFS is big enough that ChatGPT should know a lot about it. And indeed, oftentimes a poll is the way to go. A quiz with one right answer just doesn’t always fit. Hahaha, that quiz makes sense but is completely irrelevant. We could improve the prompt to tell the AI to only quiz on content that is related to MSFS or, as usual, just ask it to generate multiple quizzes and discard the irrelevant ones. Weird times. Ideas became cheap. ;)
