I am a Deacon at a Presbyterian church. My spiritual gift is hospitality-- not leadership. I feel there are so many ways our church could be more welcoming and efficient, but do not know how to convey my thoughts, or to whom they should be addressed. This video was extremely helpful in my quest to articulate my observations and insights, and offer them to our "leaders." I want to connect with others and use my spiritual gift for our church, and your video has inspired me to explore this desire more deeply. Thank you
