I'm on day two of Associate trainer training and this video was a great help. I am quite guilty of resting on my laurels once I've gotten comfortable with the material. Leading with curiosity and adding fresh material to your training is really valuable advice. Thanks Mac!

@Mac- It’s humbling to be concerned about not having a “do-over” but receive that you followed God’s guidance and the proof is in @BrandonLake’s memories as a child and his passion for the Lord. Find the blessing that as a father you did well by following your Savior. Wherever you might have missed the mark, Jesus intervened and your legacy for Christ continues.

for Brandon - EDM music has to do with counting on the same beats as our’ heartbeats as I understand it. Also, kids is a word twisted by the devil. It is goats offspring. Ours are Children.

I have less experience in training, but I am planning to explore this more and thus, landed on your video. First, thanks for keeping the video crisp with clear takeaways and explanations with appropriate examples. Second, I agree to all what you said but wanted to add the following: 1) Time your training plan in advance, somewhere between 35-40 minutes there is a drop in concentration which can be filled by breaks, laughter, casual conversations 2) Working examples or case studies can help the trainees grasp the concept as they can connect better 3) After explanation, ask one of the trainees to explain to all, once they hear it from one of them they connect better

Bandon, I am hearing a God lead adventure. Brandon IS carrying the anointing. Don't let the world ever take this from you. You are helping so many to get through their walk. You are writing for God. He used you to help me in my walk. Just like heaven puts me through the most intimate time with Jesus I have ever had. I start my day with this song. I have listened to this over and over Jesus comes closer everytime as I weap with His presence. Thank you for your obedience to God. Love you ❤,child of God❤ ❤

For someone who wasn't raised in a spiritual, religious or church environment. I find this refreshing, eye opening and inspiring. I'm what you call a fair whether Christian I just realized. I know all the things but don't actively invest in my life, heart and look within. Thanks for this insight. God has convicted me to do more and include him more. God is using you both and our younger generation needs leaders to inspire deep worship and relationships with our Heavenly Father. Keep on listening to the Father because he can only use us if we let him in our life. Great podcast.

This really put words to the crashes I’ve been experiencing recently when I consistently have highs at work and don’t know how to level myself down for home life. Being a top sales rep, my owner of the company does a lot to hype the team up and especially our top reps. There’s always competitions, bonuses etc. It’s a lot of fun, but also exactly how you’ve been sharing like a mountain top and then going home can be like a crash if there is no leveling those emotions and experiences out. Thank you so much for sharing, Brandon.
