Aren't there protection orders in india. In the west apprehended domestic violence orders are there to protect a wife from an abusive husband. Not only protection orders, the abusive husband will be charged with common assault or assault occassioning actual bodily harm, or any other relevant charges.

Parents esp mother is always responsible for raising boys with toxic values. Even before marriage some sort of poisonous stuff is infused in the minds of groom esp by mother. They develop hatredness for wives right from the beginning. The common lines which is told by the saint mother of groom are- 1) don't fall into the trap of your wife. 2) wife has no concerns for husbands.. 3) wife will separate you from your mother and then she will dominate you 4) wife is selfish . She needs money and nothing else 5) She is drama queen. She is acting innocent to skip household chores. Etc etc etc. The list is too long for this comment box But due to this poisonous and false concept about a wife husband starts raising hands on wife. I know this because this has happened with my daughter
