siguro kung noon posible ganito na bahay for 150k,,pero mahal na materials ngayon, di pa kasama labor so kulang na amt na yan for sure,,baka umabot na ng 300-500k,,pero ganda po ng layout,,bet ko na di malapit ung t&b sa kitchen & dining area,,i'll consider this plan for my future house,,siguro loft na lang ung isang br para medyo spacious pa ung lr & may spot pa for storage rm
