I love this design. Very compact and has all the basic amenities. Looking forward to build this house coz Im alone now that my kids are all grown up and I just need this kind of space coz my big house seems not practical for me to live

Awesome compact design. The only things I would change would be a waterfall shower head and add a seat/bench. Also, make sure there are ample data wall plugs. Collapsible night tables and recessed wall lamps for the bedroom

Actually, most of this channel's designs are really ideal for apartment-for-rents, since they do small house & loft designs. Hopefully, more landowners would take inspiration from these designs in the futureee~

Only thing is shower setup with no floor tub separation from bathroom floor and no shower curtain . Prefab corner shower stall from most major hardware retailers would work instead.

Классный домик, только с размерами напутали. Туалет 1.2 метра плюс спальня 2.9 метра будет 4.1 метра ещё стена между ними, а гостиная 4.0 метра - не совпадает!? (Туалет наверное 1.0 метр. Нет тесно, скорее гостиная не 4.0 а 4.2)

ps: the mirror over the sink is too low -- only a child could see their face in that position. no offense.

pss: i would raise bed even higher, not just so it's easier to get off the floor, but then you could add a foot or more of 'storage drawers' under the left of the mattress...while keeping the storage doors on the right on this added foot of height...making deeper storage units under the right side of the bed. I know the Ph sometimes sleep low to the floor, but it would be much easier to put on socks and shoes if the mattress was higher. Okay, I'm done. :)

Kitchen is Way Too Narrow. Wall to Wall Bed, No Storage. Toilet Too Close to the wall, No room for your Knees. Bad Design!!
