Hi! I hope you can have time to make a house design based on this specifications 100 sqm lot., Two storey. Left elevation fire walled. Carport on the right side. Ground floor: Spacious bedroom which can accommodate a queen size bed, a two person sofa chair, tv and its own bathroom (has bathtub and separate shower)., Big kitchen with bar counter/breakfast nook ( no dining table whatsoever) and a lanai which will be accessed from the kitchen through a sliding glass door. Take note there is no sala/receiving area. Second floor: Bathroom, then a free/open space area to be used as receiving/ entertainment room and dining hall if relatives will come over. Also, can be used as guest room as futon chairs will be placed aside from 2 lazyboy chairs and lastly, a spacious balcony accessible as an extension from the open space room. This house will be occupied by a couple without kids but has fur babies and has a large extended family that maybe once a year will come over. I hope you can share your skill in designing/ rendering this dream house. It will be so much appreciated and I will show it to my life partner as we are planning to build our house hopefully next year. Thanks! God bless!

Pano ko ba explain ang details. dalawang 5x10 kasi yung unit na meron kami pero balak namin na may space para sa mga hooman namin at syempre sa aming mga demidog. actually natuwa kami dito sa design na to ng 5x7 kasi akala namin yung dalawang unit sa gilid kasama sa design xD pero parang ganto dito ang naiimagine namin.

I like your designs po. Actually we are planning to do a house renovation of our Bungalow house of 5 meters in width and 8.5 meters in length. As of the moment, we have 1 Bedroom, 1 T&B, the Living room and the dining. Our kitchen is located outside the house po. By the way, our kitchen is between my parents' house and ours. We needed to maximize the space since small lot lang that's why we decided to put the kitchen outside. Can you do a 3 storey plan po? With the dining and living room together with 1 T&B on the first floor then on the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms with 1 T&B and a terrace. And on the 3rd floor will be the rooftop for the laundry and a small pool and a storage room. Hoping we can do the renovation early next year. I hope you can do this, with floor plan na din po. Hello, greeting from Indonesia. May I request you to make me a design? My lot area is 11,5 x 12 m but I want to build 3 storeys in 10 x 12 m so there's a side yard at the right side. My family members are lot so I want 4+1 bedrooms and 3+1 bathrooms, large living room, carport, front balcony between the kids rooms, dining room, kitchen and stairs that aren't visible from the living room. Third story only for rooftop, mini swimming pool and laundry area. The house is facing east, hook where's the front and left side are the main road of the cluster.
