Very nice design, sana design nmn po ng 7x7 m. Close garage, 2 storey 3 bedroom, 2 t&b na may roofdeck bar sana very maliwanag ung loob sa right side po ng bahay walang windows kc wall to wall po neighbors sa left side lang meron windows tsaka front side and ung kitchen nasa way lang nung garage and sana po may gate kasi roadside po. Hello, I really love to watch your video designs and I would like to request for a minimalist modern house design for a 3-storey 7x20 90-sq.m flr area (total of 100sq.m lot area) and a roof deck (for basketball and other leisure).. this house will consist of 4 bedroom (1 on ground flr while the rest will be upstairs) plus a carport that fits for 2 cars.. I like your designs po. Actually we are planning to do a house renovation of our Bungalow house of 5 meters in width and 8.5 meters in length. As of the moment, we have 1 Bedroom, 1 T&B, the Living room and the dining. Our kitchen is located outside the house po. By the way, our kitchen is between my parents' house and ours. We needed to maximize the space since small lot lang that's why we decided to put the kitchen outside. Can you do a 3 storey plan po? With the dining and living room together with 1 T&B on the first floor then on the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms with 1 T&B and a terrace. And on the 3rd floor will be the rooftop for the laundry and a small pool and a storage room. Hoping we can do the renovation early next year. I hope you can do this po with floor plan na din. Hi, Ganda po ng design nyu, magbabakasakali lang na magawan nyu din po request ko. Meron na kami idea pero di pa namin alam pano arrangement and kung ganu talaga sya kalaki sa actual. Anyway ito po yung specs. Lot area is 10x12 6x8m first floor If facing the house: 1. Left side is firewall. 2. Main door is on the right facing east. 3.stairs with landin in between. 4. Living is 4x3. 5. 2nd floor is 8x9 6. 3 bedroom. Mbr and br2 shares wic. 7. With family hall if still possible. 8. With terrace Kitchen, dining and toilet your design. I want it open (not too many dividers), modern and minimalist. With earth wood stone element. Thanks in advance!

We don't have kids living with us, so I think I'd want the whole of the second floor to be an open master bedroom and suite, then maybe add a third floor with a roof deck and an office/library

Hi Compass 90, I've been your subscriber since I watched your videos with house designs. I've been fascinated with house plans, aesthetic and functionality because my goal is to have my own in the future. If I will be lucky enough to grant my request for a house design, here are the information and preferences that might help you: 1. Lot area is 84 m² 2. Lot is in between of two lots with the same measurement 3. I love monochromatic colors, most probably shades of gray or earth tone 4. I have a big family and we love to celebrate family and special occassions together 5. I dont have a car but most probably I want to have one. 6. I am fascinated with big kitchen space 7. I guess 2 bedrooms are enough 8. For a more realistic budget, I think I'll go 1 to 1.3 million Thank you for this opportunity. I am just giving a shot of my luck. More powers and subscribers to come.
