Sue here: crisp and darling! Get rid of most of the chairs and stools though - way too many. For me - let's ditch the uncomfortable seating in the living room and replace it with one delicious comfy sectional!!! Orange, of course. 🧡

abgesehen davon, dass 90qm nicht klein sind, ist das hier ein wunderschönes layout! 🙂 was mich an den meisten international geprägten hausentwürfen "stört", ist ein fehlender eingangsbereich, oder, so er denn da ist, ist er unverhältnimäßig groß.... ein kleiner "windfang" ist immer gut, damit die leute nicht mit einem schritt bei miesestem wetter gleich im wohnzimmer stehen... die wärme ist dann gleich futsch und der dreck auf dem teppich... dieser kleine wilkommensbereich ließe sich wunderbar mit einem kleinen vorhang zum wohnzimmer abtrennen, so wäre es offen genug für ein willkommen und könnte bei kaltem und/oder nassem wetter gut zum wohnbereich abtrennen. wirklich sehr schick gedacht! 🙂

Beaut… only the 2nd plan of yours, i watched 👍🏼. Kitchen…. don’t like the wall cupboard… will take that away and have more windows 🪟 , just 2 single glass door cupboards for glasses and coffee mugs. I’m not crazy about the island and table joined. Also prefer free standing bath. I absolutely love the outdoor spaces and love the wood pillars and beams used! Would prefer plain glass windows without panes. Great plan😍. A little too big for me…have you got smaller plans, similar?

LOVE LOVE LOVE THE VAULTED CEILING IN THE LIVING RM. WE WANT HOMES THAT HAVE SMALLER SQ. FT. BUT VOLUMES OF SPACE ABOVE THE HEAD MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE THERE IS MUCH MORE SPACE AND THAT IS WONDERFUL...ALSO A FULL BANK OF DRAWERS ACROSS THE BOTTOM OF THE CLOSETS ARE NECESSARY FOR UNDER CLOTHES - BRAS , PANTIES, PJ'S , T-SHIRTS ... AND ALSO TAKE THOSE CLOSETS UP TO THE CEILINGS FOR STORAGE.... LOVE THIS HOUSE PLEASE INCLUDE THE SQ. FT AND DIMENSIONS IN FT. FOR THE WIDTH AND LENGTH PLEASE !!! ♥♥♥♥♥♥

I like the entry, though there's room for a coat closet instead of just a couple of hooks. I get tired of seeing TVs over fireplaces because of the awkward viewing angle. The dining table could be separate from the island. The master bathroom sink is missing its pipes - and an opportunity for under-sink storage. Glass-fronted wardrobes are trendy but not practical for me. Overall, a pretty good plan! Just a few adjustments when you build it for me. ;-)

The music was from the latest Nissan commercial. The video designer needs to cool it down a bit with all the tall plants everywhere. Imagine sitting in your living room talking across the room to your guest and all you see are cattails between you. You know they’re there but can’t see them. The home design is very nice though.

now that is hole flake of window in the side. I don't say it is bad. What I would do is to open up that side wall by removing all green under that window and to remove the plant box. Thrn your glass in lead imitation will come fully to its right bordered by ar each side that bowl of taxus. I like my own creations bro....
