hi Guys Here's Another House Design for all of you.. :)
This House is a LOFT type with a dimension of 4m x 5m with a total area of 20 sqm. This house is good for a starting couple. My purpose of doing this house design is to provide a compact size home with a complete facility inside just like the concept for condo units. we tend to make the space as a multipurpose. like for example the living area it can be use as Sala for visitor and at the same time you can also use it as an extra bedroom by just putting a sofa bed on it at night. Also the Dining Bar table under the stair it can be pulled in and out to save space. This is just an example that space is not a big issue if we can make a good plan.
its not the big space that make the house a home its the FAMILY living in it and making it special.
Bare Unit price= 200,000php (minimum)
Depends on how u handle the construction it can reach up to (300,000 php for bare/rough finish)
Standard= 400,000- 500,000php
Elegant Finish= 700,000php

Gusto ko etong design na to ❤️ Pwede bang mag request? Yung may laundry space sa tabi ng refrigerator or dun sa baba ng basin ? Then yung toilet kahit maliit lang naka seoarate ang shower i mean may harang na semento between ng toilet para hindi mabasa yung sahig 😅 Sorry dami kong request pero masaya ako kapag ka nakakita ako ng ganun design. Parang Dream House ko na eto ❤️❤️❤️ Budget ko din mga 200K lang for tiny house like this ❤️

Very nice and unique design 99% 💖💖💖💖. 1% is the arrange of the living area and kitchen. For me its not good for near at main door. For real i like it very much. It seems like my dream house, exactly what im planning to do.

Hi totoo po ba to 200k fully finish na? plan ko po tlaga to pero dalwang ganyan papagawa ko meron po kasi ako 50sqm na lot binili ko para sa dalawa ko anak plano ko po mag pagawa duplex so kahit 20sqm each gagawin kada unit.. please saan ako makakakuha ng contractor na worth 400k douplex po thank you
