Saya sdh coba bikin,tanpa menggunakan tekanan,hanya mengandalkan gravitasi dan hasilnya disaat sdh panas dan jika menggunakan bensin maka api akan nyembur bertekanan tinggi dan akhirnya mati. Maka saya coba memakai oli bekas dan hasil nya bagus,semakin panas membara maka api semakin biru bara Cuma permasalahan tetep ada tekanan balik dan api besar sendiri lalu mengecil sendiri begitu secara berulang. Kesimpulanya hal ini sangat bagus sebagai inspirasi buat semua karena secara system sdh bagus dan masuk akal, hanya bth penyempurnaan ukuran pipa dan jumlah lilitan agar hasil maksimal. Great idea and I would like to make just a few suggestions. What if, on the tail end in which you have the tails end and the small hole, that you just have the end sealed but no hole, then on the outside of the top inner coil drill 16 holes of 1mm diameter at an angle of 50° from horizontal, and on the fuel supply line a micro fuel regulator to minimize the amount of fuel used for maximum effect for cooking. Also, on the fuel line where the copper tube meets the plastic fuel line a steel heat shield is mounted to reduce the risk of damage to the plastic fuel supply line, and finally, where the tail end hangs down under the cooker, suspend a small shallow dish into which a small amount of the fuel as a pre-heater for the fuel to bring the cooker up to temperature, and as one of your viewers commented, perhaps a flash arrestor would be a good safety idea. Otherwise, I was impressed...!

@@manualtech6673 If I was some 20 years younger I would have loved to get together with you on your projects as I can see that many of them have production potential, (with minor adjustments) which would make them winners. But alas, this frustrated and retired ex-engineer has to make do with carefully considered encouragement to make you better than I was. I was mentored by an ex-Luftwaffe pilot shot down over England, and I had the pleasure of working close with him, all his skills he taught me in a calm and relaxed manner while we made complex moulds and complex machinery for industry, if I came to a problem my mentor would say, put your tools down walk away, drink a coffee and have a smoke, then come back to the problem with a clear idea as to how to progress. His mentoring was perfect, and it gave me a pride in my work, so much so, that I would not put my name to my work unless I could pass it on unless the customer was completely satisfied, then I knew my skills we progressing and I could have great pride in my own skills and abilities that bring about that satisfaction of achievement. 'Do it right first time every time'...! Great Engineers create with the mind, heart and spirit, then that creation is constructed with the best two tools we have, the hands. Creation comes from the spiritual dimension, construction comes from the physical dimension...! My mentor also taught me to make every step 10°/° better every time so that constant improvement is made to improve the construction process...!

I would suggest a small candle right beneath the burner to make it safer to start. The flame also looked green, which might indicate burning copper- if it starts to burn through, then you might try forming the next around a small metal can, such as a tomato paste can, to create a protective layer. Most importantly, you should try to find a large metal container to use it inside of, such as a coffee can or a metal barrel, so that it will be less likely to either tip over, or spill fuel on other things.

Saran om. Klo pk fuel bensin dan variannya pk bor 0.45-0.51mm. Klo pk minyak tanah, solar diesel dan variannya pk bor 0.32-0.38mm. Untuk safety pk valve keran dan selang bensin/fuel. Untuk pressure dlm tabung bahan bakar jangan terlalu tinggi, cukup sekitar 7-8x pompa untuk menghindari potensi leak/bocor pd spot2 sprti sambungan. Anyway... well done

skedar masukan gan, jenis plastik vinyl dari slang yg dipakai ( bkas oksigen/bntu prnapasan) atw bkas slang infus, atawpun slang aerator aquarium, kalau pakai pertalit/ bensin ,bisa bereaksi kimia. slang ini jdi lentur & memuai /kalah sama bensin. dan kalau slang ini lama ga dipakai ( nganggur)seminggu stelah kena bensin tadi, akan kering & kaku ( trjdi perubahan fisik) ,shingga kalo ditekuk jdi patah. buat ngakalin hal ini selang bisa ganti pakai bahan yg tahan sama bensin, misal sejenis plastik HDPE /selang untuk hidroponik, ataw bsa jga sejenis plastik PP / Polypropylene. kecuali kalo saya sala lihat, itu bahan bakar spiritus, bukan bensin

Lebih efisien pendorong anginnya pake kompressor angin aquarium, keluaran anginnya stabil. Dengan cara: 1. Botol kaca bekas sirup dilubang tutupnya (yang tutupnya ulir dari logam) 2 bagian, jangan terlalu longgar supaya selang bisa masuk tapi dengan cara agak dipaksa supaya selang itu sendiri menjadi seal sehingga angin tidak keluar. 2. Selang dimasukan yang selang pertama sampai dasar botol yang selang kedua cuma sedikit kira kira 5 cm dari mulut botol. 3. Selang yang sampai dasar botol masuk tungku, yang pendek masuk kompressor angin aquarium. Keluaran angin bisa diatur lewat selang yang terhubung ke kompressor. Ini sistemnya kebalikan dengan kompor gas bensin Untuk selang itu inlet bensin selongsong tembaganya kurang panjang itu bisa bakar selang plastiknya.. overall mantul👍👍👍👍

Great design, but shortly the heat will transfer down the copper to the plastic feed line melting it. Need some kind of heat resistant connector between the copper and plastic feed line

@@cigun4181 Испорительные горелки,могут гореть на любом жидком топливе.Главное условие перевести топливо в режим испарения за счет перегрева.Обычно топливо в эти горелки подается самотеком,или по принципу простейшего переливного карбюратора с поплавком.Горит все масло любое,любые бензины,спирты,глицерины,смесь воды с маслом/только гомогенная-после ультразвукового смесителя/.Горит и отработка ,но не долго.В отработке много разных присадок которые не полностью сгорают и выделяют сажу,а она забивает форсунку горелки.На практике чистят через сутки.При этом отработку надо обязательно фильтровать.Для большего понимания погуглите "Теплогенераторы Аракеляна"Он смешивает 95%воды и 5% отработки😂😂😂у него горит,но я не верю.Я в котельной добивалась только 4 части топлива и 1 часть дистилированной воды.

👍👍. Sama dengan prinsip kerja lampu petromak jadul, bahan bakar minyak tanah. Tank yg berisi minyak tanah dipompa agar mengalir melalui koil tembaga yang berbentuk spiral, karena spiral tembaga mendapat semburan api shg minyak tanah menjadi panas dan berubah jadi uap (gas). klo dah redup cahayanya dipompa lagi.

Sya mo bertanya ni abang kreator diy jet stove type ini yg menjadi inspirasi sya, apabila dgn konsep : Lubang tembaga bawah masuk ke tutup toples kiri, dan lubang tembaga yg dari selang pertalite masuk ke lubang kanan toples, dgn masing2 2 tembaga masuk kebawah diberi sumbu kompor dgn toples selai 500 ML, titik lubang ada ditengah tutup toples apa bisa semburan nya seperti itu tanpa pompa dgn bahan bakar sepiritus bang. The blue flame indicates that the copper pipe is being burned. They will not last long and could fail at the worst time. Interesting project but stainless steel would be a better choice here.

First it's copper tubing , and Not ' Pipe ' , and copper tubing WILL NOT burn !! It is also much better for heat 🔥 distribution !!!
