The chair rant was my favorite part. So often you hear youtubers, podcasters, etc. talk up stuff they like, and you're never sure if it's genuine or not, it's refreshing to see the negative review of a product you hoped to be good. And the rest of the room was inspiring! I want to move to a new apartment and create a painting area too, but NYC is so confined, it's nice to see that I won't need a palatial mansion to continue this hobby, and that efficient use of space is possible even if I'm disorganized!
@Dwachak3 жыл бұрын
The Vlog aspect of the channel is a big part of the appeal for me. I don't "need" to know how a resin model is built, or how to speed paint Death Guard, since those things aren't anywhere near my current projects. But following Guy tackle different problems and explore is pure hobby fuel. Thank you for all the great content!

If I could offer a small piece of advice, you should avoid "Gaming chairs" like the plague, and get yourself a high quality office chair like the Herman Miller's Aeron/Embody or any other similar quality chair. You don't need to spend a lot of money on a new one, there are tons of second hand ones at reasonable prices.
@OriginPainting3 жыл бұрын
@@elirane85 Im always up for good advice! Thanks so much, Ill take a look at those names.
@elirane853 жыл бұрын
@@OriginPainting No problem, happy to help :) It is important to know that usually office chairs feels a bit awkward/uncomfortable at first. It's mainly due to the fact they force you to sit "properly" and not slouching like you would in a gaming chair. It also take a bit of trial and error to get the settings dialed in perfectly. So you might be a bit disappointed the first time you sit on it, I know I did. At first it feels a bit "stiff", but once I realized that I can spend 10+ hours sitting without having any back/neck/shoulder pain I became a believer ;)
