I follow less than a dozen channels and of those maybe five that I've set for notification. You guys are among those. There's always something interesting. Because of age and health issues I'm still isolating so it's something that I can look forward to brighten my day. Blessings from New Orleans.

You must have a gigantic water bill - for watering and washing plants. Do you have any way to manage or reduce that?

We use a well we dont have city water. Although it is available if needed

Do you ever leave the roots on Kohlrabi ,,,I find they keep longer,,but I am sure you don’t have to worry about shelf time for quick resale. Love your videos..Hard Work

Love your videos. Merry Christmas. If you dont mind me asking, how many sqft of row space or actual grow space do you have? Excluding walk paths 2.5ft " 30in bed" x 100ft beds =200 sqft obviously. Interested in your actual growing footprint

I think it’s 250sq’ per bed so total is 21,000. 84 100’ beds plan to add 16 more

Have you had any issues with rodents munching on kohlrabi? If so, what have you done to remedy the issue?

great video as always! for a salad mix, say with salanova and spinach or baby kale, do you mix then wash or vise versa? thanks for the extra effort with the daily vlogs

No the salad mix is just salanova and we don’t do any special mixing just wash what comes from the field
