I was 11 when this movie came out in 98 and my parents took me and my friend to go see it, funny story… when we went to see it my mom was under the impression that it was rated PG, but she learned at the last minute that it was PG-13 and she was upset lol

This was one of the few movies I didn't mind watching again. Think my favorite thing is that even though he likes her & saved her that she chose on her own to kiss him twice. He clearly wasn't expecting it like a reward for being a decent person and saving her from the mess he put her in. Oh also just the sequel couldn't just be another town where they were delivered. I imagine that isn't the only truck that went out. Yeah he might have had a few days before he got to the destination he was supposed to get to to drop them off however some of the other toys had to get activated early as well. Anytime you got a major product like that it just it's bound to happen. That way it could still have that like 1990s vibe to it.

I am almost 32 & remember watching this when it was new to vhs so a few months after theaters. I always say this is the better live action version of toy story. I would love a sequel. Someone gets ahold of some left over file about the toys m, live the idea and doesn't see the mountain of destroyed evidence as to why it went wrong & makes another version of the toys a more updated cutting edge of impossible for reality yet just realistic enough to imagine it could...

I loved this movie when I was younger and I still do also I own it as well. I own a toy of Archer cause he is my favorite in this one but I also have Occula as well. The special effects are not bad for a movie that has been around for a while which is always interesting. Snoop we the same generation I turned 34 in laye July I remember this movie and this movie slaps its a movie that dosent get enough recognition it was such a fire movie for 8 and 9 yoyr olds but even for adults it's just funny rip phil hartman its defiantly better than 99% of this shit they have out today but that nit hard to do lol anyone else thinking about the writers strike wanting more pay but they dint have original ideas and take old movie and remake them and do bad jobs with movies that already proved to work I just pray they don't ruin the new blade watch they gonna make it this woke inclusive gender equality trash movie look what they did with snow white Buzz light year etc but small soldiers is kinda like a movie that deserves to be a cult classic today its just fun
