Small spawning of the Purple Emperor tetra to 3 month old fry.

This is a very disappointingly small hatch rate of a spawning of the Purple Emperor tetra. Despite water parameter measures being good I've been experiencing poor hatch rated in the fish room in recent weeks.

Me also. I first spawned these fish in the 1980’s and didn’t have any problems hatching decent numbers of fry.
