Hi Vijay,Few feedback would like to share and your decision to take it and this could help me as your customer. 1.Bought a Jean from the store and for alteration and height adjustment keeping your tailor zone inside the store the team had to go out for alternation.I could understand when it is a franchise model you should have some sort of arrangements internal so that customers are given immediate solutions of the article. 2.You should plan shirt of 2 xl and 3 xl as well. 3.I have an order for pant at your tailor shop at shanti colony and it takes months time to deliver a pant. 4.Should also think of getting causal shirts also be part of tailoring solution. 5.T shirt also for 3 XL size and 2 XL and fitting solutions should also be given so that we think only derby as a brand to wear
