That coffee drip item is what I use to make single cup of coffee. I’ve been using it for 5 years. Coffee filter cinnamon coffee and boiling water. I love it. Glad you picked it up. I don’t have any other attachment to it.

IMO, in ABnB, some smaller plates might be appreciated. Not all family members use dinner plate sizes, i. E. Older people and very young sometimes prefer lunch sized plates. 😊

Yes and lighter dishes. Some cool plastic glasses and plates. I also appreciate the Air BNBs that supply paper dishes. After working long hours at events, I was often very tired and just didn't want to wash dishes after reheating my to go order 😂 Anything I could do to get off my feet sooner was the best 😅

@@liss441 you know, I haven't thought about it in years but a friend of mine lost weight and one thing she did was to use smaller plates. She said she felt like she needed a full plate. The small plates let her fill her plate and not feel deprived. I should go buy smaller plates now 😂

I never worry about vintage lighting as long as the wiring and sockets has been redone, preferably by me. I wouldn't put anything valuable into an air B&B though. Pretty and easily replaceable for low $$ is the way to go. You never know what's going to get broken or grow legs so something you don't mind having to replace is the way to go. (I think)

If the oven in the Airbnb has a draw at the bottom to store the pans , put it in the information pack, as I know several owners who had bad reviews as the guests said that they could not find the pans

You can rewire old lamps with new polarized plugs very easily. I bought a kit on Amazon for around $12 for one of my vintage pottery lamps because the cord felt crispy.

Love your style but for an AirBNB I would use good dish sets that you can easily get replacement pieces for. If you do mix and match dishes it looks like it's an after thought. When I have a dinner party, which I often do when traveling, I think it's nice to set a beautiful table with matching dinnerware.

Just in case someone visiting your Airbnb, wanted to take a souvenir with them I suggest you maintain a list of loose items in the home that have enough value that you would want to charge the guest if they disappeared statements on paperwork, and maybe a discreet sign would appraise them of this policy kind of like hotels charge people when they take things just saying
