We made our first visit to bayfield back in 2o19, and are going back this weekend. (2023). We would not stay anywhere but the Rittenhouse, simply the best. Fresh fish for breakfast is quite amazing! Can't wait! The big top music venue is a must in the summer, and getting to see Marty Stewart there this weekend will be the highlight of our trip this time.

Soo fun fact i grew up on the Red Cliff Reservation just north of Bayfield and my dad used to Captain the Island Queen. I really hope yall got the chance to eat at Grunkies some of the best Malts I ever had growing up

This video is how I found you guys! Wish I had seen it before I went to Bayfield last weekend, I definitely would have stayed at the Rittenhouse, and I would have loved to check out the bookstore! My favorite town in the world. I think it’s a plus to be there off tourist season. It gets really crowded in summer it’s so much more peaceful the rest of the year. My mom still lives there so I get there often to help her out year round not that far a drive for me from Superior Wisconsin. And it’s a beautiful drive following Lake Superior on highway 13.

Great little hidden gem. Decades ago we spent part of our honeymoon in Bayfield. Too bad weather wasn’t warmer but fewer tourists and better prices for you I would think. Door county is another beauty in WI. We live in WI. Great video!
