Adnan, you are crushing it with your song choices, reactions, and analyses. So attentive, so smart, and so honest. Since the Rolling Stones have a nearly six decade catalog, it's hard to know what to suggest. "Wild Horses" - "Can't You Hear Me Knocking' - "Shattered" - "Waiting on a Friend" - "Midnight Rambler" are some personal favorites. I mean, you can look online and find The Rolling Stones Top 10, top 20, Top 50, Top100, and, get this..."Top 500" songs ranked! My choices happen to be on the Top 100 list, but that's not why I chose them. I've listened to the Stones since I was child...and I'm 70 now. Sympathy For The Devil never gets old. Hope you'll pick up one of the songs I've mentioned for a reaction video. Take care, kf

The classic modern interpretation of the idea of a person selling their soul or making a deal with the devil in exchange for a wish granted comes from the Cross Road Blues by Robert Johnson, recorded in 1936. In that version, a blues musician goes to "the crossroads" somewhere in the Mississippi River delta, where a man will come along who either is the devil or a representative of that being, and will offer to grant the musician nearly mythical talent at his art, and in exchange the musician gives up their soul to that entity upon their death. There is more to it than that, but that is the basic outline. There was actually a movie made called Crossroads (1986) based on Robert Johnson's song, starring Ralph Macchio and Jami Gertz...it is only an OK movie, maybe not even that good...but it has some really terrific music in it, including a truly epic guitar battle finale that you really should see. 👍

You are correct. We all have the ability to play God or Satin. By the way, one of the best movies ever made is called: “The Devil’s Advocate.” With Al Pacino and Keanu Reeves. People are blown away by how good it is. I hope one day you can react to it. I guarantee you will not be disappointed by it.

My personal favorite is You Can't Always Get What You Want. I love the choir in the intro...and the rest of the song as well🎶 Satisfaction was their first huge hit. The story about someone selling their soul to the devil was in regards to Robert Johnson. He was an early bluesman. The folklore was that he sold his soul at the crossroads in Rosedale Mississippi. The story goes that he made a deal with the devil for his soul in exchange for becoming to become a musical genius. He died at 27 under mysterious circumstances. Several bands have covered his music. Cream covered Crossroads. It has some of Eric Clapton's best work. It also talks about the deal at the crossroads.

I think I've heard that song in the background of one of the episodes of House M.D. I'm not sure if it is the same one but it was really a snippet as background over dialogues so yes I'd love to try it someday too

@@adnanreacts92 That would be great. I know you'll enjoy it. There is a live version from '68 that has incredible playing, but the audio quality isn't great. The studio version would be better audio. I completely missed that the story about Robert Johnson was already detailed below.

Stones songs are still fab today. This is one of them. ❤❤❤ So many people who don't listen to metal or rock just think its mindless noise. There's talent behind so many of these bands and genuine intelligence too. The lyrics are incredible. Pity more people don't just sit and listen properly to what song writers are actually saying. Makes a lot of todays popular songs sound a bit juvenile. Also think the music isn't heavy as you'd expect as basically the devil is not just considered to be an evil entity (cue thunderous guitars, doom and gloom) but something that takes pleasure in being flamboyant, temping the wayward into sin and immorality through the rejection of the serious, straight and narrow - eg, come follow me and have a good time, rather than staying on your knees in a draughty church, its far more fun, blah blah...... Another great reaction, Adnan.

the devil can tempt and deceive people, but it is up to us whether we wish to follow his voice. in the end, it is we who will be judged. life is a test.

The Devil has free reign on the earth at this moment! God is love the Devil is the Lie along with world, He has worked hard to gather soul since long before Christ. He will use a greater cunning to make man blame God Almighty than mortal man could ever resist without the help of his faith in his creator. He is the [ God of this system of things their fruits depicted in the lyrics. But by the hand of man only. God does not pick side in mankind affairs he give us free will and Love. [ He that does not know love does not know God because God is love ] Whereas the Devil will give you. hate, greed , but most of all Sins against God. But God does not ever leave us we leave him being fed the Lie by the world. Never under estimate the Devil. [ The God of this system of things has blinded the mind of the unbelievers so that the Truth can not shine through.] A classic track from the stones.
