I've never seen a tiny house idea with multiple bedrooms. Kudos on that idea! The kitchen looked very practical and modern and had plenty of space for dishware/cookware/dry food. This seems like a great house size for college students.

You know, I love how you fit all those bedrooms and such a tiny space. This would also be ideal for college dormitories with bunk beds in all of the rooms too or something, just a thought. Really, really likes this, way to go. 😊😊😊

LOVE THIS! Looks so spacious with lots of window for natural light. The kitchen + outside dining table? I might shrink these into 3 rooms instead for solution. The only thg is that there's no car porch or garage. Over all, great design! 👍

Two bathrooms! I love the wash basin. That is unique. I haven't seen this feature before. Separate laundry room, outstanding. Love it. I would turn one of the upstairs bedrooms into an office. Only critiques, actually preferences. Double compartment sink, wall to wall carpeting, take TV out and put facing couch. Larger table, somehow. Excellent design.

And on the top floor, having the sink outside the washroom was the grossest, most backwards design of this hideous concept! In order for the person to wash their hands after taking a piss or dump (unless they had the door open, but who the hell would want to use the washroom with the door open if other people lived in that house as well???), they would have to touch the door handle to exit the washroom to wash their hands! Ever heard of cross-contamination?? So the next person needing to use that particular washroom will end up touching the handles as well...the same handles that the person before him/her had touched before washing their hands!!!

So the next person needing to use that particular washroom will end up touching the handles as well...the same handles that the person before him/her had touched before washing their hands!!!

I love the outside and the fact that there is four actual bedrooms,with three children I know how hard it is to find a affordable four bedroom! I also love the laundry area together outside, I hate when the washer is in one place and the dryer is across the home somewhere else!!! However this 3D show made me feel sad,depressed feeling !!!

The living room couch seats 2-4 max, the dining area barely seats 3. Suppose you could eat in shifts not as a family.

It is not a good design for a family of 6, might be fine if you live in a climate where you eat your meals outside. Technically you could fit a family of 10-12 if each bedroom has bunk beds that sleep 3 and a baby in with parents.

@@kenyonbissett3512 whenever our aunts and uncles go back home from abroad, we all eat in the living / dining area even if there are 10 of us and the dining table only fit 6. some of us stand and some use the chairs in the living room. it's all about adjustments when the living space is limited. we make the most out of the space we have.

I've decided. This is gonna be our house. This is our house plan. I'm just gonna change and add a few things like: closed laundry space with glass door for outside, cabinets with doors, minimal lights, that room on the ground floor is gonna be my room and I'm gonna add a cat room beside it for our cats 🐱💜

Nice small house! But for me, I'ld change places in first floor. The kitchen where is the bedroom and near the lundary and backyard. And the bedroom, if needed, placed where is now the kitchen, making a modern loftbed tiny room. Thank you for sharing. 👍
