Lovely tutorial. I have had a bit of a stressful afternoon, feeling drained and a bit down, so I thought it would be good to visit Small Victories and colour this cute tortoise along with you. I am currently colouring the double-hare picture in Magical Worlds and really pleased, but didn't feel up to any decision-making when I am not feeling that great, as I would likely mess up my page. This tutorial was just what I needed this evening. I know you mentioned during this video that you hoped what you do here on You Tube helps people with their mental health/relaxation, etc. Yes, you absolutely do help a lot, and it is appreciated. Hi Rachel 🥰 cute 🥰 beautiful colouring in over in Australia we get the Uk edition.. yesterday was Remembrance Day.. Amazon took a long time to deliver my new book tomorrow.. the book came out hear last Tuesday the same day as yours if I was well I would of went to the book shop and got the book.. from memory Nsw Victoria Tasmania and South Australia change there time backwards daylight saving.. Qld use to have it but not anymore..amazon is snail mail.. ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊xxxxx

Johanna does mention under her guide behind the front cover to not force your book flat but be gentle, so that went out the window with my first page I colored lol.

lol, she does say that, yes! I am gentle though but you do have to get it open enough to colour!!

If you flatten out the glue bound copies too hard, the pages will detach from the spine. Which isn't a bad thing to everyone.

@@winterrain1947 Yes, I have had that happen with a US edition of a book by Johanna that I had. Fortunately the UK editions (and the US eidtion of Small Victories) are also sewn so pages will not come out.

"America" and the "US" are both shortened versions of the United States of America. While the US, or "the States" is more common, either are fine. I truly don't think there is a major preference for one over the other. There are no other countries here lol we are our own country, as is Canada. The USA, Canada, and Central America are all part of the continent of North America. And therein lies your geography lesson for the day haha! I finally ordered a cloud stencil, it'll be here tomorrow!

Amazon delivered my book right when they said they would…only I forgot that I ordered it before I moved and it went to my old address. I had my brother play porch pirate and go get it for me seeing how he lives right down the road from my old house,lol. Still I won’t be able to color in my book until sometime Sunday night 😢
