Small Yard Part III. Front Yard Clean Up. Bird of Paradise Removal

Back to the tiny yard but this time I'm clearing out one of the front sections. Cleaning up a few Yuccas, some long decorative grasses, and some Giant Bird of Paradise.
Without a doubt one of my most disliked plants. I'm sure in some applications they're great, but the fact that the plant hangs onto all its dead leaves and flowers indefinitely just makes them look messy to me.
The fact that they're toxic to most furry friends doesn't help either.
I did get stopped partway through this job as we're in the middle of summer now and storms show up without much warning.
