Not many big chub on that stretch. Best off joining the river at the bottom end of Gt Ecc. Had chub up to 4lb there, good trout and the odd nice sea trout. Lots of eels though.....

@@lifeofgazfishing1873 Up until last year it was owned by Wigan Anglers, but not anymore. No signage, nothing, never been approached and no-one bats an eyelid!
