I did it! I bought a smallrig 20, returned it and bought the smallrig 10 and attached it to the ifootage monopod! Also, I had to purchase an extra quick release camer mount (IFOOTAGE Cobra 3 Quick Release Camera Mount, Quick Release Tripod Monopod Mount with 1/4" & 3/8" Screw, Universal for Most Monopods/Tripods/Sliders, CB3-QRM01). IT WORK'D,I'm so happy and can't wait to start filming!!! Thank you so much for sharing!!!

Not sure what's going on with your CH20, but mine is smooth as silk on both pan & tilt. I love this CH20.

That is sticky and you'll notice that for sure on videos not much on photos. Glad you caught that before your upcoming travel man.

Have you tried the other more expensive one, the Fluid Head 3457? I wonder how compact the CH20 is compared to that.

@@mistermastermind528 for price and value- ch20 is very compact. i settled with ch10- travelled half way the world with it! =) i went with ch10

It looks like you’re using the CH20 fluid head on top of a ball head. I think if you put the CH20 and screw it tightly directly onto the base of the tripod it will improve the stability of the pan feature. I am doing this on my CH20 and am not having issues.

negative. there is a message under smallrig with some defective batch- i actually receive a second same unit with similar issue, ch10 beats both ch20

You must have a faulty item. My Ch20 is super smooth up and down and left to right.

negative- the one sent for replacement has the samr issue- i settled with ch10

It's not a fluid head and not advertised as a fluid head either.
