Hi i barely got my balance board yesterday. Its the standard 6 inch wheel one and i had no problems with it, never even fell off. Today my friends wanted to ride it, so they were all using it and having a few minor falls, nothing bad at all. The board is a little scuffed up now, but its all good, no bad falls on it besides it rolling a little bit. Anyway, after they all finished playing around with it i noticed that the right wheel makes a grinding sound exactly like the sound in the video, except not as bad, only on one side, and mainly when i turn or apply pressure with the outside of my foot to the wheel housing. Do you have any suggestions for me as I am not skilled or experienced enough at all to take this thing apart. Any easy fixes you recommend? Thanks.

to increase the speed of the 10 inch scooter do you turn the speed controller clockwise or counter clockwise

Hi there, I have the 8" self balance board with Bluetooth. For the last few weeks, it has worked perfectly. However, I went to use it this morning, and it works fine, apart from a squeaking noise coming both sides, in the tyre/tyre cover area. The squeaks happen everytime the tyre rotates to a certain spot. I was wondering if you have experienced this or would be able to advise me on how to go about fixing this. I live in the UK, so cannot visit your shop. Many thanks, I appreciate any help.

+Thomas Gayle sounds like your tires are rubbing against the shell, just like what I had to do, you'll need to heat correct it.

Hey just bought a new gyro sensor and replaced it because one Side wasn't responsive ....replaced it n now it responds ....but on the side I replace with a new gyro sensor is stuttering and and there is a delay in commands like the board is confused on weather to go forward or backwards ...also there's a tire rubbing sound but the tire isn't running against anything .....what can be wrong with it ? If u can give some advice it would b well appreciated ....MINE DOES THE SAME

Hello! I have a weird bumping sound that happens when I turn.. It's like something is loose inside or the middle bearing is hitting the body I'm guessing.. I really don't know what causes it so I can't find out how to fix it. We have two boards but only one has this problem.. Will you be able to assist me? I've already tried opening it and nothing is physically loose inside..

I think this might solve my issue. My board shows a red light and won't recalibrate. I noticed that one wheel spins freely but the other feels like it is bumping against something and will only spin if i force it. I took it halfway apart and can't see anything that might cause the issue, so it must be the wheel housing. Oh well I guess I'll have to take the thing completely apart.... or just cut off the housing maybe?

what happens if you get a puncher on the 10" tyres? since you inflate them with air your going to end up at some stage getting a flat tyre. this is the reason I won't get the 10" model.

yes my self balancing wheel makes the same noise but do you have to use the heating method or could you do something else to fix it?

yes I opened up the balance board and found out that a big screw was loose making the wheel grind up against the top of the rim

Hey, my hoverboard is making a weird rubbery squeaking noise in the side where the battery is at, I've been told on Reddit that i should tighten the 4 allen bolts inside of it and after tightening them as much as i can, its still making the noise, its getting real annoying as its not just a noise, sometimes its gone no matter how hard i press on the overboard, sometimes its there even with the smallest movement, its usually on a certain part of the wheel where when it hides inside of the wheel hood, it'll make that noise, then it changes places every day(no certain change pattern), i tried pushing the wheel going inside, or pulling it a little, i tried riding the crap out of it to see if something just needs to be aligned again, still not working. what do i do? thanks

+kzraps your tires are rubbing against the frame, you'll need to adjust the wheel spacing

I just bought a hoverboard and now it won't even turn on without the charger.Inside the side without the battery,there is a blinking light with a noise that says "LED" and the battery light on the top is orange,not red or green. What do I do?

Hey my smart balance wheel feels like it's leaning more backwards instead of being balanced like it used to be, it makes leaning forward felt awkward too. I'm not sure why it's like this any ideas? It's not as flat it's more slanted now
