Smart Engine Start and Entry System [PART 2] How to install push start button

This video will show you how to install a multi-functional ENGINE SMART START and ALARM SYSTEM.
The video is divided into three parts
[PART 1] How to use smartphone to lock/unlock doors and release trunk
[PART 2] How to install engine smart start system
[PART 3] How to start engine remotely
[PART 2] is the replacement of ignition key as the engine starter with a push button. The video contains tutorial from the dismantling of covers, installation of push button, wiring of the module with the ignition harness and interlocks (wiring diagram color code based on actual materials used and as found wiring of the car), and the method preventing steering wheel locking.
The system is installed in facelifted Toyota Vios 3.5. Please double check wiring assignments and do not just copy the wiring diagram for safety purposes. Do not forget to detach negative terminal of battery if you are new to this kind of installation.

How is the car starting when the immobilizer system is not detecting the key sensor? I didnt see you bypassing the immo?

In the installation process, you’ll see that there is a key inserted (no head) in the ignition key positioned in acc mode. My car model is basic, no transponder needed, just the key.

What about 5p systems with just one Ignition, should both IGN1 & IGN2 be wired on parallel or just use IGN2? thanks

How do your know which is ignition 1 ND which is 2 on the car? Is there a problem if they are switched?

I just installed my first alarm /remote start about a month ago. I had the same question and from what I gathered from other professionals it doesn’t matter as long as they are both connected. I’m a 12v professional as well but never done one of these and they are nerve wracking

Hi bro, how to connect if my car got two wire starter and two wire 12v? Is it can be loop and two wire starter to alarm wire starter and Loop two wire 12v to alarm wire 12v? Please advised😅

Hi sir, i believer you have the same set up with my friend. For the 12vdc sir, 2 pins right? you can connect to both wires using jumper or you can connect it to only one, just choose the larger wire. For the starter, they're connected on the same pin but 2 wires, right? Just connect the wire to the both of them sir.

Bro, just like to ask, i have followed the manuals and watch your videos several times, however my push start doesn’t “on” when i pressed the brake pedal it gives light to the start/stop button, but does not engage in either acc or start. Do u have idea for corolla 2016?thanks in advance.

Honestly, for how long you are going to keep your car, just stick with the key in method. This is a lot of work and a lot can go wrong. If you are a skilled DIY, go for it. Otherwise, avoid this.
